Sliggy said himself on stream multiple times that no roster changes will be happening in liquid atleast for a very long time. Their main issue is that they don't have a main IGL since nobody wants to step up, so atm, jampi, scream and soulcas igl and call between eachother. He also said on-stream that he thinks that they've found a way to resolve the IGL issue and i guess we're going to see that in iceland. Hope it works out for them, great team
