For the playoffs it makes sense to add the #1 seeds in order, the ordering of the #2 seeds made absolutely no sense to me. Can someone explain this?

If I remember correctly, for the group draw, Victoria and that tall dude completely fumbled whatever reordering rules they had set. Imo the most intuitive draw would be to place the teams in alphanumerically, if the same region was selected continue on A->B>C->D->Aetc until filled.
