the problem is that the teams that made it don't look good/convincing
all the teams that have made it did it by winning a close upset match after being mid/shit during groups

it's better than having just 1 dominant org imo, i remember tokyo being the most boring tourney because the winner felt so obvious, but in champs it keeps you on the edge because multiple teams have a chance at the trophy.
it does get annoying tho when a team that's been ass all year suddenly starts winning it's irritating af and feels undeserved
