TenZ: effectively exiled from the CS community for being so insane at the game almost everyone thought he was cheating, goes into valo, gets on sen and lights up the world at the first international and becomes the face of the game, goes into a slump, last year of competing he has an insane comeback and becomes one of only 7 (i think) players to win multiple international trophies, gets a very respectable 4th at champs and ends his career after redeeming his legacy. yeah i think at least until end of shanghai or smth, he was starting to look good as i said before they brought in jingg and then they had to teach jingg half baked strats and he was rusty, would have been better to bring him in like halfway thru the year at least imo

it's tough to say really, while monyet had decent stats and had a far better agent pool, it was clear that he was struggling on prx and you cant judge the vibes of a team based off voice com videos. On top of this, Jingg is the player most people associate with prx (maybe forsaken but thats besides the point), and so to have him back is not only a no brainer from past team chem and proven results, but also from a branding point of view because jingg has the biggest streams of all the prx members, and the most fans. I think however that monyet would have been a good sub for the team as his agent pool was good, and i think that the timing of jingg coming back was really unfortunate for him because he seemed to be getting used to the team environment and playstyle right before jingg came back. i understand not keeping him tho cause subs almost never play and he is too good to be kept on the bench.

while yes brims range is shit, people underestimate how busted his smokes are. They last for eons on the map, and u also cant see properly inside of them, as well as the fact that they are so easy to use, u can whip down a brim smoke on defense faster than even the best omen and astra players by just pressing buttons on ur ipad. If he had rechargeable smokes he would legit just be a better version of clove and busted

no point in marved cause rolls will be fucked. assuming yay is on senti (which he should be) u have supamen on smokes and some good t2 player on duelist. If marved is picked up u have marved on smokes and supa on smth else which owuld be dumb or marved on senti which is alright but not as good, and then yay on duelist, which as we saw from his stint's on dsg and bleed, probably isn't the best move for him

im ranking based off how good they were compared to competition/world at time of running up

1. GenG, after champs people forgot that geng were legit the best team itw last year, sen were just their kryptonite
2. Gambit, Acend had a miracle run that should have ended at Vivo Keyd, Gambit were insanley good for their time
3. OpTic, The only team still to have gotten top 3 in all internationals in a year, Loud were rlly good tho so their at 3 cause the gap compared to the rest of the world was far closer cause of loud mostly
4. Loud (Reykjavik), they were hella good like 1-2 itw at the time, but they bombed out of copenhagen so that knocks them down a bit
5. Loud (Lock//In) They should have won this event tbh, but fnatic were also insane
6. Evil Geniuses, the first look into one of the best teams this game has ever seen but not clear number 1's at the time cause prime fnatic were different
7. Heretics (Both), this is where the teams start to look like clear 2nd or lower in the world, heretics were insane all this year but they were not better than geng or edg
8. Paper Rex (Champs), people dog on prx but back in 2023 with double duelist prx were insane and the comeback is gonna happen this year (copium)
9. Fnatic (Masters 1), they were second best itw for sure but everyone was straight cheeks then and tenz was farming
10. Envy, yay was the only one who remembered that right click shoots ur gun
11. Paper Rex (Masters 2 2022), as much as i hate to say it cause prx are my fav team, this shit was a cinderella run and FPX were really good then
