Something people may be forgetting is he created the initial pre runner to fnatic recruiting players from an open post on twitter all relatively unknown quantities, the players he added over time were generally T2 or from lesser regions with the exception of Leo and Chronicle which was far later on.

Without wasting money on big signings and with limited resources initially, they went 30-1 in matches at one point (not maps, matches).

Multiple tournament wins, always top 3 in team in EMEA.

Alfa for instance is super talented and would've made a career out of valorant no matter what, but would a top tier org have taken a gamble on him, at some point probably? but the fact is fnatic with boaster and mini made these gambles and performed this scouting. same as derke T3 cs player good val player, but they made the signing.

If you think despite his now lacking mechanics boaster has done nothing to develop other areas of their games and understanding then you don't actually understand anything about valorant.

TL;DR

He contributed to all of fnatics successes, he found and developed super talented players who returned the favour with fantastic performances, often when fnatic lose you have duelists on 10 kills, are they not underperforming? they win together, they fail together.

And yes it is clear boaster has limited time, he isn't stupid and getting 12 kills in 3 maps isn't acceptable regardless of all of the above. However people calling him out as a fraud are just stupid, he deserves to be here and when the time is right he'll move on to coaching or something else.

But why should he give it up now because a bunch of crying fan boys / trolls from the third world, no one picked him up because he's a nice guy, he and mini created and moulded their teams together he should be able to enjoy it for a while longer.
