Take liquid val for example, they are the best at experimenting and adapting. They got a great start book build up for the vct. But it is mostly just pooof in the air. We just see more attacking favourite map executing just adapting some pocket new meta strats these days. Just my opinion.

How much can you master and adapt, if they were given just 2 weeks. Time the meta correctly please riot. But adaptability should be at peak for top teams and I support it.

I find this very weird when I watch him. He has like a little time patches in a map/ match where he becomes the Hiko we all know, perfect crosshair placement, fast reactions, very good map and timing awareness. Then again you see some of the worst aim from a tier1 pro in the same match. That is always an issue with him.
I know he is old, but steel and hazed can convert those easy kills better than Hiko even if they are older.
I personally think valorant is a game where you need to be on point in aim department in all rounds. Kinda like GAMBIT or liquid or cloud9 or Sen. Where you know, if you challenge by aggressive pushing, you can at least get 1.
These concentration lapses, can be clearly seen from Hiko. The 100t defence is the most passive defence in entire NA. They cannot mostly win aim battles if there is a decent aiming team infront of them.

Ethan is the biggest dissapointment transfer from csgo, so call na best just doesnt even half oerform to his name. We can name ten better players than him, who worked their ass off to improve. Look at leaf and xeppa, they are on the same level as ethan, they put their back in and adapted and we can see results.

It is just the combination that is a headache, players are doing their best. No primary operator player is always a big problem for them. They need to sacrifice one player to get a solid oper and make a roster where the roles are consistent.
Any logical choices are appreciated to be commented.
One point tho, the roster is young one, losing hiko will leave them no where. Ethan can leave to cs anytime, He is a solid player but his style is not that valorant suited. If erhan leaves after a failure period for one season after dropping hiko, it will be a huge issue.

100t situation rn is like how NV Situation was when they had no proper op jet player. Mummay tried his best, it will not work for most part. After addition of yay and under leadership of FNS, they became solid top tier international team.

Name some experienced, levelheaded player who can lead the team, and an operator player who is super consistent lft below. Thankyou, no hate on players please. They just need small changes to make solid international level roster.

Na csgo has issues winning.BUT REMEBER HE MADE IT TO TOP 10 in one year in rankings in his csgo prime. Rare achievement for a NA player. But it is sad to see him decline. He is not suitable for this game, brain is still ther. But to compete with these zoomers aimwise is tough.
Hope he finds his own style.

100t has to make big decision, hiko is a great player but we know, he is a huge contract player. Please drop him for teams good. Use the budget to get a crisp aimer and good coach. Young players dedicate enough time to bootcamp.

I know the blast has some backlash, but their production is top tier. I dont get why riot has such inconsistency in production region wise. I mean korea has some of the best production with budget not that great. On the other hand look at Na and emea. Hope it gets better soon
