It was a close game at the end. Could have gone either way. But Americas just know how to stay calm.

Yes. Sen could not qualify because Americas is the strongest region. Sen would have qualified in any other region. Americas need more spots.
Not only that, Emea got to play all the chinese teams. TH got a free top 4 by just trashing on chinese and other Emea teams.
Because APAC is a two team region. They can afford to qualify to every tournament. In Americas we have a lot of strong teams, even Sen, that cleared GenG in Madrid could not even qualify.
Sen would clear all of your teams and qualify as first seed in your region.
