I understand your point of view. TenZ is a very talented player, but he has struggled to find his role in Sentinels. He has been playing a mix of duelist and initiator, but it seems like neither role is a perfect fit for him. Zekken is a more natural duelist, and he has been playing well in that role. So, it makes sense to ask whether TenZ should be dropped. However, I think it's too early to say that TenZ should be dropped. He has only been with Sentinels for a few months, and he is still trying to find his footing. It's possible that he will eventually find a role that he is comfortable with and that helps the team win.
I also think it's important to remember that Sentinels is a team. It's not just about the individual players. If TenZ is not the best duelist or initiator on the team, but he is still a valuable member of the team, then it might not make sense to drop him. Ultimately, the decision of whether or not to drop TenZ is up to Sentinels. They will need to weigh all of the factors involved and make the decision that they think is best for the team.

I am writing to you today to express my concern about the current state of the Team Secret Valorant team. As a long-time fan of Team Secret, I have been disappointed with the team's recent performances. In the past year, the team has failed to qualify for several major tournaments, and their overall results have been inconsistent.
I believe that the team's current roster is not the best fit for the team's goals. The players on the current roster are all talented individuals, but they do not seem to be able to work together effectively as a team. There is a lack of synergy between the players, and they often make mistakes that cost them games.
I believe that the team needs to make some changes to the roster in order to improve their performance. I would recommend that the team sign two new players who are cracked in the Valorant scene. These players should be able to bring new ideas and strategies to the team, and they should be able to work well with the existing players.
I believe that making these changes would give the team a better chance of success in the future. I am confident that the team can achieve great things if they are given the right opportunity.
Thank you for your time and consideration.

CONTENT CREATOR .... Skrossi Destroying Other Pros/Streamers With Their Reactions | VALORANT
"Man, let me tell you, SkRossi is an absolute beast when it comes to getting botfrag. I mean, he's hands down the most consistent player on our team. Every time we're in the game, you can bet that Ross will be racking up those botfrags like it's nobody's business. I've seen him pull off some insane streaks, and it's just unreal how he manages to maintain that level of performance in every match. Seriously, if you want someone you can count on to deliver those botfrags consistently, SkRossi is the guy you can always rely on!" Monyet
