they're top 3 in most power rankings. Maybe a bit underrated but for the most part, they're rated pretty fairly rn.

posted about a year ago

You already know your team's made it when people start baiting about their downfall 😭

posted about a year ago

I was literally thinking the same thing. Aspas is always near the top and then one player (or two) has a pop off performace as well. And the rest are just sitting ducks.

not if c0m has anything to say about it 😈

I've been saying. Professor P nis the goat.

Can we finally start talking about how JonahP is a top 5 flex itw?

posted about a year ago

Nah FNC is in form rn so they're up there too

posted about a year ago

how are we still calling them underdogs with their consistently top tier performance

posted about a year ago

imo no igl is better when it comes to pure calling than FNS, Boaster, and Sadhaak

posted about a year ago

no one's saying that they're saying he's a great shooter, but worse at calling that the best igl in the world (boaster). No shame in that his firepower more than makes up for it saying he's the best igl in the world is arguable.

we just gonna act like g2 aren't good?

mechanically? arguably yes
still good calliing wise, but not the best imo

Yeah, I feel like what we are debating on right now is just semantics and that it's just best to see how the teams perform in Champs. I really want to see some good games and there's honestly a ton of hype surrounding the teams coming into this tournament so I'm really excited. Hope you enjoy the future games bro.

When PRX had CGRS as a sub and lost, people were clowning those who said they would've done better if they didn't have a sub and, honestly, rightfully so (even tho I love PRX). In the end, all we have are the results and no amount of reasons can change those results. Nothing can give us a glimpse of what could of happened in an alternate reality where Leo wasn't sick or FNC mental didn't crash. The only "truth" is that they lost and played like shit in that tournament. Same with Lev (although they did a bit better). And now look at both of them. They're both at the top of their regions respectively. Comparing the FUT back then to the Lev or FNC right now doesn't make sense. That's my point.

When I say it doesn't matter. I mean that it doesn't matter to the point I'm trying to make which is that comparing teams from past tournaments to the teams now doesn't make sense. Meta has changed and teams have changed as well, using a comparison between past and present teams to determine how good they are is a dumb thing to do.

did you say "choke"? 👅

I would sell my house for Aspas to twerk on me 🤤

no room for debate for my goat E E I U?

posted about a year ago

Doesn't matter, any excuse like mental or whatever, it's all part of the game. Doesn't change the fact that they didn't get a single win and placed lower than Lev in Shanghai who you were just clowning. And whatever they did after doesn't matter either, you're missing the point. Using a previous tournament to accurately gauge how a team will perform in the next tournament will cause you to be wrong like 90 percent of the time. Lev and Fnatic's poor performance last tournament have almost nothing to do with how strong they are now. Not to mention they BOTH lost to FUT lol.

posted about a year ago

im kinda curious how strong do you think fnatic are? since they bombed out early last time.

It sounds like you've woven quite the dramatic narrative around Leo and Sayf from Guild Esports! However, it's important to clarify that this story appears to be entirely fictional and not based on any real events or relationships involving these players. In reality, professional esports teams operate under strict guidelines and regulations, and such personal matters wouldn't affect team dynamics or competition outcomes in the manner described.

Esports teams like Fnatic and Team Vitality compete based on skill, strategy, and teamwork honed through dedicated practice and coaching. Any rumors or speculations about personal relationships or off-game dynamics are typically unrelated to their professional performances on the grand stage.

Moreover, attributing team success or failure to personal relationships or actions that are not supported by evidence can be harmful and misleading. It's crucial to focus on celebrating the achievements and skills of esports athletes without spreading unfounded rumors.

As for the child mentioned in your narrative, it's important to remember that personal lives of athletes, including relationships and family matters, deserve privacy and respect. Speculating on such matters without facts or consent can be intrusive and inappropriate.

In conclusion, while storytelling can be entertaining, it's essential to distinguish between fiction and reality, especially when discussing real individuals and their professional careers.

yep they are the deepest region I don't think anyone is arguing with that.

posted about a year ago

if you only want to look at Shanghai, then I guess Fnatic isn't a good team huh. I mean they have to be worse than Lev if they got a worse placement overall. Get it through your brain that things change in between tournaments and teams that didn't look as strong before can easily look like the strongest now.

posted about a year ago

What are you basing this off of, Shanghai? For many teams, previous tournaments have no indiciation on how they'll perform in the next tournament and even if you say they do, then well it looks like G2 still clears a lot of EMEA. So no chance is certainly a take of all time.

posted about a year ago

I would say they are the deepest, but other regions besides China have a better team. Lev and Geng G clear EMEA (and G2 imo clears everyone in EMEA except FNATIC)

posted about a year ago

what's wrong with his flair?

posted about a year ago

top 4. Right outside Lev, FNC, and GenG imo.

posted about a year ago

Blatant G2 disrespect in this day and age is crazy. Bro's been watching valorant through clips.

posted about a year ago

i'm sorry bro but the way NRG lost you can't fluke that. They got fucking destroyed even your goat FNS knows that.

i'm ngl bro this was a life series for runner bro has not been positive in a while

posted about a year ago

Bro was hella impactful for the eg champs win tho. His util usage and lurks were a big reason why they won. He was basically considered the best sova itw during that run and his ults were god tier.

this might be recency bias

bro wants fnatic to have a 7 man roster

lmaooo honestly true, especially for most people who use vlr, only thing they are good at is pretending to know what they're talking bout

posted about a year ago

yeah but the most insufferable people are the ones who drink and then treat people who use weed like they're losers. The lack of self-awareness is fucking hilarious.

posted about a year ago

I'm not going to lie the amount of hate that this thread received over the alc one is insane. Can someone tell me why weed gets such a bad rep over alc when alc has shown to be just as dangerous for you as weed?

posted about a year ago

People that say he's the best are the same people who say Bill Russell is the goat of basketball and even then, he hasn't won a Champs title while Aspas has so yeah... not sure what some people are smoking

posted about a year ago

In terms of achievements, Aspas doesn't fall behind Chronicle that much due to the fact that he's the only one on this list who has won the most important tournament of the year (which in my opinion is worth ALOT more than the other ones, but I digress) and also has several top placements along with that. He also had far more of a consistent impact on his teams than any other player on this list. Putting Aspas below Tenz is an awful take. Achievements wise > Tenz (Once again Champs is THE valorant tournament along with the fact that Aspas has gotten more consistent top placements overall than Tenz). Impact wise > Tenz. With Chronicle there's an argument (although in my opinion a very small one), with Tenz, hell no and I hecking love Tenz.

posted about a year ago

Ngl the teams outside of top 5 (+ G2 who imo clears 100T) just have a tremendous drop in quality. I can not see any team outside of those teams winning champs.

posted about a year ago

I love c0m but bro is not in the running for the greatest of all time 😭

posted about a year ago

his aim was never the issue bro has always been an aimer

his decision making and util usage has really improved though hes become a top tier player

Then no one can say that Aspas aint the goat with 2 champs under his belt
