It’s not the matter of time. Cs:go exists since 2012 and female pros were always got demolished in early open quals by tier 5 teams. In EU all the best cs women pros switched to Valorant since Riot developing GC and still can’t compete with Valorant semi-pros. And these women have like 10-15-20k hours in cs:go, more than all of us will have in our entire life.

EU pros doesn’t stream cz working hard while NA pros stream by 4 hours a day, it is a lot for any pro since you have 8-9h of work (scrims, vods, theory) and real life as well. NA just cut the working hours for streaming.

My insecure friend, the requirements are so ‘high’ so they have randomGC players while denied many tier 2-3 pros. ‘Very top GC teams’ 🤓 top 1 GC team G2 gozen lost to tier 5 polaris in open qualifier team. V1 with Florescent lost to tier 3 no namers in 32 open NA qualifier. They don’t have enough skill to compete with male tier 1-2-3 pros. That makes no sense.

The reason why GC pros are playing with tier 1-2 players is utterly blatant after the Tarik’s demands on being in Pro City. Love or hate but any tier 3 player out of the franchising or vcl is better than GC pros. It’s like to invite cs:go female pros to FPL or FPL-C makes no sense.

Also Engh is kinda person who likes to build up, create. He said he lost the timing at the very beginning (when thought his English was not good enough) and orgs already started signing players. His first effort was building new CIS team like Gambit which may win ascention and can compete in franchising. He also denied offers from other eu vcl’s cz of low potential (means they couldn’t compete with franchise teams, lacking talents) while his CIS team could have been new Gambit (with neveR and other cracked russian players) but Riot cancelled the league. That’s being said just unlucky for one of the best coaches in Valorant.

Engh said he denied one franchise offer from EU and NA cz he was uncomfortable with his English, then when he did try with tier 2 in Turkey he realised he can coach. The reason why he left turkish org was CIS VCL, he already made CIS team (with NeveR) but Riot cancelled.

Ok since I baited you let me praise Riot Games for developing Valorant tier 2 eco-system

Regional leagues looks pretty good. France, Jermany, Spain have solid views around 200k and Italy shows growth. Portugal, Polaris and Eastern needs more time, I think Portugal has the potential for further development.

Brazil is huge as always, NA is a banger by stats, participants and content creators involved.
