From what I've seen, the new subtick system is actually dogshit for people with high ping (They lag like hell and skip around). You need low ping in order to enjoy it, which is terrible for MM. Don't know how they'll fix it

CS2 does indeed look much better than CSGO, but... It's essentially looking like a reskin with a twist on smokes. Until they unveil their new AC (If they even have a new one) and their new MM system, nothing's looking too wild. If the game plays the same (God bless the Valve devs if it doesn't, because the CS player base will tear them to shreds), it still remains CSGO at its core.

Anyway, I still find the CS2 release to be great for Valorant. It'll get Riot sweating a little bit, so we should see a wave of new features and a greater release of content sooner rather than later (Valorant Replay System incomingggggggggg). Plus, it'll make the community feedback much more important. Can't be complacent anymore when your biggest competitor has now released their biggest update in a decade.

Not sure why he's mad about players going to Val either. EU CS players watched every other CS scene die because the TOs did whatever they wanted (except BR and RU-CIS) and they didn't bother caring with the CSPPA. Now you lost NA and the entirety of Asia, with Val gaining ground in EU-BR and orgs increasing their investments in their rosters, de facto threatening their ecosystem because CS players do have the fundamentals that transfer well to Val, meaning orgs will poach them. If you wanted the players to stay, maybe you should have fought for them when they were getting fucked. Miss me with that hypocrisy
