In this case, the criteria to decide who goes through is map differential between them, since they're all 1-1 in terms of head-to-head games. G2 (+1) and Acend (0) would advance to playoffs, and Guild (-1) would be eliminated.
• If both Acend and Guild win their remaining games they're through. G2 and Acend would be tied, but the latter has the head-to-head advantage (Acend won 2-1 against G2).
