A good thing is, they've moved Pakistan to MENA for tier 2 in 2025, so hopefully we'll see more talent there
MENA orgs are usually loaded, so they can likely just fly out any talent so hopefully ping shouldn't be an issue

it'd be way less precise since scrolling happens in stages, its not one smooth continuous motion (some mice have that option, but most don't)
