Play deathtmatch and TDM whilst focusing on your crosshair and implement an aim routine. Think while you play and try to mimic how pro players play in ranked (its different than in officials for example Derke over rotates in ranked because he knows that people tend to jus hit sites with 5 people and fakes are rare).

Watch some gamesense/ improvement guides and really apply the tips. Most people who watch guides dont implement anything but think they are learning just because they are consuming content, don't be like them. Watch few guides but really focus on things you struggle with and implement the tips
