vit should have been a good team, maybe even Shanghai contender in emea. how this team beat fut is beyond me
It appears that you harbor a certain level of disenchantment or discontentment towards the sentinels, and the unfortunate turn of events wherein your cherished team failed to clinch victory has evidently left you in a state of despondency.
The depth of your allegiance to the team, despite its fervent support, regrettably did not culminate in the desired triumph, thus resulting in a palpable sense of disillusionment on your part.
The Latin phrase "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit," often employed as a placeholder text, seems to echo the absence of adequate expression to encapsulate the nuances of your sentiments at this juncture.
Furthermore, the profound philosophical inquiry into the nature of suffering and perseverance, encapsulated within the aphorism "Ut enim ad minim veniam, quis nostrud exercitation ullamco laboris nisi ut aliquip ex ea commodo consequat," evokes a semblance of the inner turmoil you may be experiencing.
The poignant lamentation expressed through "Duis aute irure dolor in reprehenderit in voluptate velit esse cillum dolore eu fugiat nulla pariatur" underscores the gravity of the disappointment you're grappling with, illustrating the profound impact of unmet expectations on one's emotional landscape.
Meanwhile, the poignant assertion "Excepteur sint occaecat cupidatat non proident, sunt in culpa qui officia deserunt mollit anim id est laborum" appears to resonate with the introspective reflection that often accompanies moments of defeat, as one contemplates their role and culpability in the unfolding of events.
Despite your unwavering investment of support and fervent cheerleading on behalf of your favored team, the stark disparity between anticipated victory and the bitter taste of defeat has undoubtedly left you feeling bereft and disillusioned.
It seems evident that you are grappling with a complex tapestry of emotions, ranging from acute frustration to a profound sense of injustice at the outcome that has transpired, further compounded by the poignant realization that certain variables lie beyond one's control.
Should you find it beneficial, we could endeavor to delve deeper into the labyrinthine corridors of your emotional landscape, exploring strategies for coping with disappointment and navigating the tumultuous seas of expectation management with grace and resilience.
Ultimately, it's imperative to remember that adversity and setbacks are intrinsic facets of any competitive pursuit, serving not only as crucibles for character development but also as catalysts for personal growth and introspective revelation. Thus, while the sting of defeat may linger, it is through such trials that the indomitable spirit of human resilience finds its most resplendent expression.
brazil (outside of loud maybe) need to go the emea route of finding random t2 players and have them farm
Brazil current record: 0-9
Map record: 2-18
DFM 2023 record during regular season: 0-9
DFM map record during regular season: 2-18
😭 😭 not even trying to hate on Brazil it’s just this rough for the region rn
Edited post to add source, I saw it on liquipedia
Source for those asking: https://liquipedia.net/valorant/VCT/2024/Americas_League/Stage_2
In stage 2, all the teams play the teams in their current group (we all know this). BUT, teams don’t start with a 0-0 record, they start with the record they had in stage 1. So say Loud goes 1-4 in stage 1, they wouldn’t start 0-0 in stage 2, they would start 1-4.
Also, top 6 teams in the leagues OVERALL qualify, not the top 3 from each group.
Maybe this was common knowledge but I wasn’t aware of this, and it has huge ramifications for teams like LOUD and T1 who will not be getting a fresh start in stage 2

Maybe but idk if this would be true it prx had jingg or th had woot
PRX without jingg
TH without woot
KC doesn’t look like a top 5 emea team
Loud struggling heavily with qck
Sen struggling and might not even make the playoffs
GenG with 2 losses (agaisnt good teams tbf)
China rn is fairly weak (edg took a step back)
Unfortunately I think this will be the highest of 2024 due to timezones of the next 2 events. That doesn’t mean Shanghai and Seoul will be bad though, should be even more fun than Madrid
Maybe but we wouldn’t know, since escharts doesn’t track Chinese viewership
Last updated number: 1.417 mil
Record is 1.5 mil
2nd place 1.44 mil
This number is NOT up to date. It’s like 30 mins old, so it didn’t take into account the end of map 4 which was very hype
Btw APAC and EMEA fans, you guys join the clout party too
APAC broke their 2023 record by 70k (highest 462k this year)
EMEA destroyed their 2023 record by around 120k (highest 419k this year)
These numbers of course are lower than Americas by quite a bit but the substantial improvement is super promising
Welcome to the clout era of valorant
823k viewers for the final of a REGIONAL event!
U right, I should say historically great cores
They both dismantled the regions best team just in different ways
I personally got Fnatic 3-2 NAVI in Masters CANCUN GRANDS
It was prob around 150-200k, i believe that is what eshcarts said mid game
I’m an NA fan but anyone with a brain knew loud was winning this… sadhaak is the goat and nobody cares about off-season results
Tenz and 12 year old boys
Panccc and 12 year old girls
Mid season playoffs took out so much hype from this playoffs ngl, I wish it never happened
I agree but NA format sux too. Whole split 2 was useless. They shoulda just did 1 big split and playoffs
How many games do Union/VK need to win in this bracket to qual for ascension?
I think she’s meta not bc the individual util is strong, but bc she fills a unique role in a comp as the only agent with info + flashes. Look at LOUD’s pearl comp, they can run double controller and sentinel because of Skye (otherwise they would need a flash agent and an info agent).
They should prob leave Skye alone but give fade a very slight buff tbh. Or just redesign Pearl B site
Nrg with sayf would actually be nuts, but can’t blame them for picking ardiis
I think it’s too early to tell, the first year of franchising was always going to be ugly with new rosters and as such, fnatic navi and drx just have 0 competition. Also we haven’t seen the ascension system play out yet.
Hopefully this first year of franchising weeds out the frauds and replaces them with actual promising talent. On paper franchising is awesome because the top 50 players from each region should be insane matches, but teams are still sticking with bad players/bad systems
no, but new LOUD has potential ofc. come back in 1 year and we can compare them fairly
Americas: Aspas, runner up leaf
EMEA: Sayf, runner up literally anyone on fnatic
Pacific: Mako, not sure who would be second (I don’t watch pacific that much)
Update: many of the commenters have pointed out very critical mistakes in my analysis. Here is my new list.
Americas: skrossi
EMEA: skrossi (🗿)
India: rossi with pajamas
Is map 1 loud. (Maps 2 and 3 loud is the best team)
fut definition of very solid team...MAYBE they can make it to tokyo
Same reason why there aren’t many, say, Jamaicans in the top level. There’s far less # of female pros than male pros.
Fnatic- 2nd in Masters 2 2021, didn’t make it to masters 3
Optic- 2nd in Masters 3 2021, grouped in champions
Gambit- 2nd in champions 2021, didn’t make it to another lan
Loud- 2nd in Masters 1 2022, grouped in copenhagen
PRX- :(
honestly could be the best team in masters if they clean up some mistakes, like they almost let guild back into the match by throwing some anti ecos. They have the skill and unique playstyle to do it but they sometimes need to keep themselves in check.
rn I STILL THINK they can win the tournament but I would not be surprised if a mistake like that costs them. But this was a very good win against guild
nah, guild is overrated. winning by only 4 rounds against 149 acs -16 yay is unreal. like if yay dropped 170 ACS instead of 150 that’s probably a 2-0. and guild struggled big time against KRU. they’ve played well this tournament, especially leo sayf and trexx, but paper Rex was throwing easy rounds and still 2-0ed them
NA vs EU is a region rivalry tho. When I said biggest intl rivalry I should clarify I mean 2 specific teams. But hopefully NA will get its revenge soon…..
WP by loud, this should not have been a group stage elimination match.
Optic vs loud will become the biggest international rivalry.
This masters will be the best yet
Ur literally coping “emea didnt do good so it was fluke for everyone!!!”
Sen is out of LCQ yes?
Did someone say TenZ? Batchest
Someone explain to me the pros and cons of franchising? The cons from what I understand is that the teams outside of the franchise get fucked, which hurts t2 teams, are there any benefits to offset this?
Ok apparently he did better than I thought cuz he had a respectable game, it looked like he had a lot of whiffs and some questionable decisions
If he didn’t whiff a few kills he prob ends up with 21 kills or so
Really unimpressed by will, but bang is super good holy shit def one of the most underrated players NA
Agree?
