Look at FNC they hit a slump but with hiro they are doing much better, not because Leo was the problem but sometimes you just need a change. And davai is not their full time IGL, watch their voice comm vids. Boaster said this about his team that they have been together for a long time and they sometimes not hold each other accountable due to being close friends. Either they need a roster change or they gotta work on their role issues, macros and discipline and also have 1 guy who does the calling. That definitely was not an off day. That was probably the best BO3 at champs. Both teams pushed each other to their limit and GENG fell short at the end not because they had an off day but TH just played better.

f0rsakeN - sentinel (his mechanical prowess is too good, this year was a complete waste for a player of his caliber. Put him on senti so he doesnt have to worry about setting a duelist up)
d4v41 - initiator (learn all initiators including sova and his lineups)
mindfreak - controller (he has been doing this for a long time and he can do it in the future too, his performance at champs in terms aiming and fragging was alot better compared to madrid and shanghai which honestly was a relief to watch, he still has it in him)
Now comes the hard part as PRX dont like to make changes in their roster, so there are 2 options either bench Jinggg and something can be their full time duelist jett+raze+neon which I believe he can but he would also have to work a lot on his discipline. And bring a full time IGL.
OR
Bench both Jinggg and something and sign a dedicated igl who can push the team out of complacency and can someone who can hold players accountable he should be able to play initiator and sometimes switch to controller like viper and the 5th guy should be a new face who would be their full time duleist and is hungry to win a trophy can play all roles jett+raze+neon+yoru.
In 2024 Valorant we learned that running a double duelist comp is pretty stupid apart from some teams which utilise it to its fullest potential but PRX just cannot, its either 2 ini, 2 controller or both + a duelist.
And most importantly this is T1 Valorant it is made for winning not to have fun, it seems the current roster is not hungry to win a trophy anymore. Meta should not be an issue imo. Is the game not about adapting with the changes? The meta was not in their favor the entire season so they had a fuck ton of time on their hands to adapt to it and they didnt. Shanghai should have been a wake up call, I am sure they would have gotten grouped in Shanghai if they didnt had the first seed buy. I believe it is time to make some changes and preferably get a dedicated IGL, the core has been together for way too long to the point they dont even hold each other accountable for bad games/plays. idk about that, with Mazinos allegations surfacing in the past couple days that could also have a major impact on the teams mental. Even if it werent the match would still be a 50/50 given their performances against Trace.

In my honest opinion one of the core players should be dropped, they have gotten too comfortable with each other on the team and need a new face on the roster who can push them out complacency even better if its a dedicated IGL. As far as coaches go I have mixed opinions about Alecks he is more like a manager not a coach, they should hire a real coach and not a former prx employee(bulb their new assistant coach is a former PRX CS player) so no nepo hirings, hire a real coach who can help the team do better.
