Valorant skins

I bought some skins that I liked but then with new better skins coming out, I stopped using them and they are now in my inventory doing nothing.
I don't want riot to enable refunds since a lot of people would exploit it. But I think it would be a great idea to implement some kind of trading system, [1] where u could trade your skin for others of similar or lower value, available in the market, or [2] allow trading between players.
I don't know if riot would implement [1] since by buying one skin u basically would have access to almost every other skin, so they could add some restrictions like a player can only trade once per 3 months and only for the same gun (u can only trade a vandal for another vandal).
Regarding [2] it might motivate players to scam and hijack accounts.
Do you have any other idea that might fix this problem?

Anything that makes riot less money = they aren’t gonna do it

is it really a problem? You bought them. They are yours. You can use them however and whenever you want. It's why you bought it after all. Maybe it feels like a waste but then you can always just use them again. They aren't going to go away, now they are just an option. You not using a skin isn't Riot's fault. At least Riot is releasing new skins and content.

Maybe Riot could implement a rental system, or new skin types that require combinations/sacrifices or something. But ultimately I feel like, for a financial choice, it'd be best to only buy skins you are sure you like and will use consistently rather than temporarily until other skins come out. At least for a normal person that doesn't want to spend excessive amounts of Valorant. It's also up to the individual to choose how they spend their money.

But that's just me, I see the appeal of skins and stuff, and get why it might feel like a waste. However, I don't think it's a major problem, or even a problem that applies to the community as a whole since overall people aren't really losing anything (unless you think the skins are a scam in which case just don't buy them) and not everyone buys in-game cosmetics.

it's all a farce so I can say I don't buy skins out of a personal choice rather than I have no money and my parents would obliterate me.

ye I was thinking about it since in CS, whenever I wanted a new ak skin I would just sell the one I was using so I could buy the one I liked.
Valorant develops new skins almost every week while also having the seasonal battle pass with many others. If you buy one skin a new and better one could come out next week and you will feel scammed.

I get that. A selling system so you can at least get a percentage of your money back would be nice. Or a system where the more a player buys they can get rewards such as at a certain point a free skin coupon you can cash in at any time. There could be a loyal customer thing that allows people who buy a lot to also receive discounts and sales tailored only for them, and the benefits go away when the player doesn't buy anything for a while. There could even be a system similar to patreon, where a player could pay for different tiers and levels of benefits/rewards.

They could even do a wheel and have there be a certain number of skins on the wheel and you would pay to spin it. The risk is that while you may get a skin that is worth more than what you paid, you might also get a skin that is worth less.

You missed the point

this is NOT PROBLEM, they design it as a purpose

what purpose you mean ?, to get you SPEND MONEY
riot is CORPORATE, in the end of day they need you to SPEND money in their game
