Has scream killed even once with raze ult??
I’d imagine they would have given more time to play her before trying it out on VCT
scream is a bit rough on raze but the ult it self feels so underpowered, it feels like it needs a buff.

Let me remind you in case you all might have forgotten, PRX Jingg in that one game had all Roza ults with getting no kill or only 1-2 kills in the entire game, yet had a brilliant play. It takes time.
