what I mean is he needs IGL that will beat him up for mistakes and over peeks so he learns, someone that will make him be decipline more and care about every round,

someone to be like a dad to him and show him how its done and have done it before

I do agree with T1 being unsavable. They've let go of so many top end players and can't seem to do anything no matter who they pick up. Sayaplayer to TGRD and seven to TSM, both in Groups right now. Let's not forget crashies and victor as well. Even then they weren't a top team.
