hot take: kj doesn't need a rework but she needs a large numbers change (not just prices) in order to make her viable on certain maps more than chamber (haven/icebox)

yeah pheonix really needs more voicelines as a buff ngl

phoenix needs a voiceline for when he is shooting he gun.
Also give him a voiceline for whenever he pulls out a gun or a knife, something like "pulling knife out" "pulling phantom out". Would defo skyrocket him as one of top duelists
