Its actually ass now because of the fact that you don't have full armor most of the time on agents like Sova, Sage, Jett, etc.

Vandal one tap>phantom two tap
people still have full shields most of the time
Just the confidence it gives you with the one tap potential makes me feel alot more comfortable in the clutch
i know it is the worse weapon and i dont care about my rank since im d2, im not a pro and ill never be one, so i fuck around and use it
Vandal = Juan tap
Phantom = long range 124 damage.
People at least buy shield to 125
Hate it when I headshot someone and it does 124 and I die right afterwards cuz vandal has Juan Tap.
i only do in deathmatch or when i pick one up but phantom is just better everytime for me
when I'm going to be taking a lot of long range engagements I go vandal
if not I go phantom
for example I almost always go vandal on breeze, and phantom on bind
More Powerful, Better damage, longer range of fire and has alot of lit skins
But I mix it
