Reduce Barrier Phase

Right now Barrier Phase is 30 seconds + Rounds End Phase is 6 seconds

I watch alot of valorant streams and I noticed that the last 5 - 10 seconds of Barrier Phase is usually spent doing nothing even at Radiant Ranked, and even with agents the require set ups.
I truly believe that reducing the timer by 5 seconds will make the flow of the game more enjoyable.
This could also possibly increase the skill ceiling for agents that require set ups ( for example, you cant just miss your viper/cypher one ways 3 times in a row.)

What do you guys think?

What if I am setting up on both sites on Cypher, I barely have enough time to do that
