They didn’t announce anything yet about kanpeki. so can they just like change stuff mid quals or how does it work?

I'm pretty sure they can announce whenever but have to submit their roster to riot privately before the deadline (which passed already so who knows what happened). Don't quote me on this though I'm just guessing.
