I don't see a reason to remove a slot to give it to others. Nothing is stopping them from just adding some more slots for those regions, like that i think everyone will have similar opportunities.

i honestly think they should keep the SA LCQ for Masters and remove the 3rd EMEA for the APAC North LCQ since APAC South is SEA+OCE+South Asia
For champions, there will be 1 APAC North LCQ for JP and KR so thats good
