For pheonix to be used they would have to nerf all initiators. He needs a rework not a simple buff.

I mean, Yoru is just a one thing for PRX here, don't see any other team using it. Neon is actually being used as a Flex pick.
I wish we had seen KRU playing Haven to have keznit on Phoenix. But aside from them I don't see anyone playing it, the same case for Yoru.
