cNed and zeek have already played with vakk at nolpenki, so it makes more sense. I find it a bit strange that zeek is probably going to be igl even though he is struggling with mental problems
For me its more important to have a tier 1 sova than, the argument that you played 2020 with him. And with vo0kashu u have same argument, with the team synergy.
When things aren't going well and you can't find another weak link, many point to the igl. I think zeek is more than capable of being igl and if he does become igl, it may be that the team has found a solution.
+1 for vo0kashu, insane mechanics for an IGL and good calls, i feel like vakk is better than mushashi tough, he has been lights out for vitality and desrves a callup for tier 1 play

Edit: he's not russian,.But someone said, that starxo doesn't want to have 3 polish players in the team. Maybe because they would talk too much polish and the other 2 wouldn't get anything
