Game Changers won't last forever.

I think many teams shouldn't take Game Changers for granted and Money.
There will be a time that Game Changers won't exist anymore and it should not exist for ever.
It's main cause is to reduce the gap and increase the skill base, if 2 years isn't enough then I don't know what is.

But if Game Changers last for ever then the goal won't be met. Teams would play for prize pools not to get better.

The point is to give women more opportunities. If it takes women 10 years to get to the same level as men then you run Game Changers for 10 years. I don’t understand your problem.

But the main reason why top orgs have a female roster is Game Changers no? If there is no Game Changers, Valorant will go back to CSGO. I like having more female players in the scene. It brings more diversity.

Then we don't need T2, T3 events like VRLs. They can play in open qualifiers too.

If a female team can't get even past Ro108 in Open Qualifiers after 2-3 years of Game Changers and Open Quals then Game Changers which is only limited to them is useless.

im pretty sure game changers has been a thing for just over a year. (judging by c9 white's first match)
i do agree that they should compete in the normal vcts more often tho so that they can get better practice, experience

Nahhh i think we need it for longer than 2 years. Just look at chess, they have WGM, WIM, etc.
