Game not working

I only played this game the day it fully came out, stopped playing it about 2 days before MM was introduced, and now i wanted to download it to see what rank i'll get, i download that annoying AC , installed it and the game, and when i loaded the game, the loading screen glitched with Riot's logo to the side all scrambled , tried deleting and reinstalling the AC , deleted those 2 files manifest files, ran as admin, nothing worked, i can't get this game to work.

What's the problem here?
