TL icebox comp vs G2

I have channeled my inner analyst to make this post. (This is provided that G2 play their same triple sentinel comp.)

TL comp:

Raze, Soulcas
Sage, L1NK
Viper, Nivera
Sova, Jamppi
Chamber, ScreaM (controversial opinion but hes got great aim, he should have no problem transitioning to aggro/vertical chamber)

I changed omen for sage due to the fact that Jamppi is better on sova then he is on omen and sage is super good on icebox (plus, L1NK used to be sage main). I put Nivera on Viper because it was his comfort pick back in Champions. I changed soulcas to raze bcos she is good counter to sentinel class (which G2 love to run on Icebox). And finally I put ScreaM on chamber because he has cracked aim and I think he'd be good chamber.

ScreaM chamber seems so weird. He left the Jett role because he wasn't comfortable OPing only to put him back on an OPing role that is even less aggressive (the part that he's actually good on)

Ik he isnt good at playing defensively, thats why I said he should play agressive chamber or vertical chamber. Also, he doesnt necessarily have to op, he can play vandal or guardian or even just use headhunter instead. EDIT: Only time he might have to op is when he is ulting but im confident he can do it

He could, but it seems kind of a waste to put him on chamber just to not use the best part of his kit (the ult) to it's fullest potential

as long as liquid dont play retakes on icebox against g2 theyre good
g2 planted the bomb 10 times and won 9 of the post plants

only team that could beat g2 on icebox was fpx because they were aggressive and made sure that g2 didnt get many bomb plants off

so yeah sage, chamber, and viper will help you hold site rather than giving it away for retake
but scream on chamber is a waste imo you could use any other agent, AWPers always take chamber

yeah this comp is like a counter comp against g2
but knowing sliggy hes probably going to try to "innovate" during an international event
he'll probably play 3 controllers on icebox or something lmao

ye thats what its meant to be. A counter comp made specifically for g2. I have no control over sliggy playing weird comps, im just making my suggestion

G2 may not be the best team but their Icebox is very hard to beat, seeing them play against foreign and regional teams they really have their shit together in Icebox.

I feel like putting scream on the chamber role is a mistake when you have jamppi and nivera on the team. What would be better is to have scream on jett soulcas on sage and l1nk on viper with nivera on chamber, jamppi stays on the sova

i would do that if it werent for the fact that ScreaM cant play raze. Every other pick works out but that's why he would have to prac a little w/ chamber before they use that comp

is raze really viable on icebox thou? i still feel like jett is the better pick on that map

normally? Yes. I'd play jett over raze on icebox any day. But due to the fact that this is just a counter comp for g2 (who plays triple sentinel), I felt like raze was the better option in that scenario due to here explosives

I think with icebox double smokes seems to be the meta so an omen on link and scream on sage seems like the better option

i personally think Icebox is more of a dbl sentinel map but 2 smokes on that map is also ok

with nivera's role in cs I think the chamber is the best pick for him

but during champions he often played viper and i think at one point sliggy said it was his most comfortable pick (Champions was TL prime)
