i dont think anyone would play for free at the end of the day, u cant do shit without money and u cant generalize an entire region cause of sentinLs(i assume)
It's not a certain region, just some teams who care less bout competing imo
Those teams can be in any region

Obviously its all the regions. Without prize money I dont believe any region would participate
