Shopify is becoming the top womens team??

We have all seen Cloud9 White's dominance in the female scene for the past 2 years but SR have always been close behind placing 2nd and 3rd in the most recent game changers events.

I think next week we are going to see some real competition for C9 for the first time. SR just lost a game to Run it down (2-1) but it was very close (13-11 / 11-13 / 11-13). This is one of the closest we have seen female teams to male teams. Obviously Run it down isn't top tier 1 competition, but they aren't a bad team (took TSM to triple OT, took a map off of Soniqs etc.) Run it down also just beat C9W very convincingly last week in the BoomTV main event.

I don't know if this actually means anything for the head2head between the two teams as these are external results. I personally don't think these results against other teams matter too much but I really do think that SR have a shot at stripping C9 of their GC win streak.

game changers is starting soon,also there is always a dominant team in the female scene,G2 gozen in emea and alter ego celeste in asia,teams are definitely catching up though

Good to see female teams being competitive. GenG Black and TSM X are disappointing though.

I'm not sure, Shopify has always usually played better than c9w against male teams but still couldn't beat c9w. It would be cool to see tho
