Is the star player meta dying? Because TenZ struggling, cNed out, etc. I think this year will be defined by good teamplay and 5 great players vs 4 good players + 1 excellent one.
Teams like FPX will shine while Sentinels fade into irrelevance. NA might struggle a bit but should rebound by Masters 2

There are more ways to cancel out 1 player who pops off individually now than there was 6 months ago or a year ago. Teams are adapting and those who don't adapt will fall off.

I don't know, in BR we have 5 star players in one team. Maybe you just need more of them.
