the qualified team is literally in the finals, just proves how inviting 9 out of 10 teams is hilariously dumb
What makes you think teams in 2nd division are weaker than, say, Bisons or Arctic
"La Bisoneta" went 2-7 during round robin and 0-2 during relegation lol
Both their wins were against other 2 weakest teams (Arctic, Heretics) and 13-10 16-14

FFS
Wygers pushed Case harder than most teams in VRL Spain did
19esports were really good in VCT quals and made it pretty far
“La Bisoneta” won the 2nd division last year lol

But if you still disagree I guess we’ll see, as in a couple weeks Bisons will play against the winner of the Liga Radiante for the spot on the Spanish VRL, be ready cause the league could be the exact same teams next split kekw
Something like that, but is the only way of entering the league rn, the winner of the Liga Radiante plays against the loser of Relegation for the spot for the next split.
So yeah technically it acts like a second division

Hell no, Bo2 fucking suck, ties are boring af and is really common for the better team to at least drop a map, which makes the ending result not representative imo, look at Vitality for example, they have lost just 1 game and they are not in playoffs. Meanwhile Sector One are first and even tho they do deserve credit they are definitely not the best team in that league.
Meanwhile Bo1 might not be the most fair, but it’s at least interesting to watch, and allows them to make bigger an linger playoffs. You can say whatever you want, but the reality is that none of the teams that didn’t make it had an actual chance of winning the whole thing like has happened with most of the other formats
