learn a new skill-programming,art etc...
try dwarf fortress(legendary game once you learn it), its free on the website and play with a tileset

play valorant or csgo, find a random documentary channel on youtube like wendover, half as interesting, tom scott or sunnyv2 and watch those

Read a book....Or watch some anime or Netflix shows

go outside and so some sports
