Initiator? She is a pure duelist and her abilities work perfectly in creating space. She is not useful in info gathering or delaying with utility dump. That's what an initiator does.
Breach is also not info gatherer but still is initiator. Also her stun and sometimes her wall too help in locking player down or pushing them back. Also intaitors aren't used only to delay in the early round
Cuz she is new agent and new agents are supposed to be too good or they are too bad. That's why Kayo took time to get into the meta and Chamber is almost the meta this quick.
