Sentinels Valorant team have added xQc to their ranks as a main controller. Recently, Sentinels have parted ways with controller πΊπ² zombs after their contracts expired.
When not competing for the Sentinels, xQc will represent the Sentinels on his main platform, Twitch. According to the Sentinels press release, "xQc will both continue streaming a variety of games and conduct a weekly stream with players from the Sentinels organizations in games including Fortnite and Valorant."
According to recent Twitch metrics, xQc is in the top 10 of the most watch Twitch streamers on the platform, edging out big names such πΊπ² Ninja, πΊπ² TimTheTatman, and the ESL CS:GO channel.
Sentinels have stood in a league of their own in North America. However, as the team has gotten a taste of what offline competition is like, in-game leader and captain Shahzeb "ShahZaM" Khan has even admitted that them not having a competent controller was a disadvantage.
With their newest addition, the next time the world will get to see Sentinels compete will be at Champions Tour North America Stage 1: Challengers, where Sentinels will face against V1.
