Its not, its head to head, and in a 3 way tie its map win percentage and then round win percentage. Thats what purest said on twitter. I dont know if its for all regions or only for NA tho
idk. i'd say whoever has the biggest round w-l ratio plays the winner of the tiebreaker between the others
