From my yesterday's experience, if you feel low about your teams about your team during the match, just watch the match for fun and not like a big fan. It helps.

Well whenever I get too confident and start kind of boasting, my team loses (Crimas, Order, NRG, EG yesterday). If I lose hope after like map 1 it kinda works like reverse Jinx and my team suddenly wins (Kru against Sen). Even if my team loses doesn't feel that sad (NRG vs Sen).
