When it's time to switch sides, on NA there is a 2 minute break. On EMEA there isn't. Idk about other regions but why?

NA is not as advanced as EU as they need more time to go over their “strats” such as Rush A, Rush B, or Rush C if on haven. EU valorant have mastered their time management and it is the reason they are the best.
