are paycheck stealers just people who sit on the bench but still get paid or what
He is overpriced because Valorant is new, just because he played first year at high level doesn't mean he will play every year at his best form, now we're already seeing his lack of skills, but still at top 3-5. What made him No.1 (about price) is his brand.
many players is better than him right now but before they were worse than him, so it's an "equal" value, following this logic his "value" should drop to the same level as people at same skill imo, but his value is only increasing because his brand. That's what overpriced is.
The crazy thing about this game is that Tenz isnt playing. If you are a real VALORANT fan you would know Tenz is literally the best player of all time. He is a GOAT. He is my reason to wake up in the morning. No one can compare to the skill level of Tenz. This is pro play? No its not, because Tenz isnt here. Sentinel supremacy reigns in VALORANT.
Yeah, so you are pretty naive to think that any pro practices a total of 10 hours a week. It's their job sir, why would any pro practice 10 hours a week. Just because they don't play ranked or anything of that nature, it doesn't imply that they aren't getting any reps in during the week in customs or scrims. As many pros have said before and will continue to say; playing ranked is different than playing in a tournament or in the pro scene. There are a lot of bad habits in ranked that can cause people to lose rounds, like chasing and etc... It could be (speculating here) that said people don't want to pick up those bad habits. So please don't assume you know what they are doing behind the scenes because I guarantee you are not a Valorant pro, nor have you practiced like one.
Who said anything about playing 80+ hours a week, and why did you once again assume that playing more = more motivation? What I am saying is you don't know how much time he's putting in behind the scenes. There is absolutely no way for you to know, and since you don't know this very basic fact, by your standards (amount played = motivation) you can't possibly know how motivated this guy is.
Furthermore, I heard what Xeppa and vanity were talking about. Tarik asked them if "not playing a lot of ranked was a problem." They responded with the very simple answer of, "if they suck and aren't doing anything about it, then yes." "But if they don't suck and are performing well, then there's no problem."
being lvl 26 in valorant is quite literally a joke. yes they probably prac a lot in scrims but at the same time only the people who are passionate and put on extra time to play and improve even if its in a less productive place like ranked, are the ones who win the tournaments i mean i think one of the akrew guys is lvl 300something, and look what happened to geng. the only people i consistently see in ranked are shawn and gmd
