I don't see the problem of it. The real problem is ''only 16 teams at Champions''. Maybe for Champions, they should increase 4 more slots (+2 EMEA +1 NA +1 SEA-India) so that 4 groups each group 5 teams. For Masters slot number is fine imo

6 for EMEA is too much imo, should give 1 to SEA/APAC south. Not all about region power but growing in all regions
