Now compare that to slots

NA: 3
APAC: 6
EMEA: 3
BR/LATAM: 4

Do the math. South America has 1/3 of EMEA's population yet they get 1 more slot.

Exactly, if BR ever made it out of groups or won a tournament there could be a justification.

But no, their viewership is lower than single countries like Japan, Turkey.

Their performance is the lowest amongst all regions, never made it out of groups. SEA, KR/JP, EMEA, NA, all already made it out of groups atleast once.

Their server population is decent, but not bigger than NA or EMEA or APAC.

Yet South America 4 slots EMEA 3?

I'm not buying champions bundle again, not donating money to BR orgs that fled their original scene like NIP.

Honestly, it will happen again, a bad team in a bad region will qualify in Masters and Champions and a good team in a good region will not qualify in Masters and Champions, coz of the slots, each region has.
