add agent protect/bans like map pick/bans

I didn't watch the knight's tournament but I think it'd be cool to see an R6 style pick ban system.

Honestly not that hard. Just play Astra and KJ(subst for viper for the most part or u don't even need kj), and Skye, Kayo, Jett

Or you can go abt it with playing Brim, Omen in a similar way to how Gen.G play Brim, Viper and replace Jett with Chamber and go with a Kayo or skye, and a Yoru or Neon
