There was a problem with the website hosting the tournament, so it was postponed to start today. There are over 180 teams in it, but there will be no official broadcast, only watch parties with the casters, and not every team is allowing the games to be streamed (it was quite the discussion yesterday).
The teams playing in it can stream their games (showing their own screens), but third parties like streamers and casters need permission from the teams to be in the lobby and stream the game as an observer. However as a lot of teams were forbidding the casters from streaming, some people found an official ruling stating that the official casters had the authority to show any match they'd like, regardless if the teams allowed or not, so I don't know what will happen, but most likely the casters will respect the team's choice.
