The format really isn't the issue but how the teams are placed into it. This is a superior placement change my mind.

Rationale: the 3 "major" region (NA, EU, BR) gets first-round bye, 4 minor regions fight for "play-ins", if they lose there's still lowers. This version gives the most NA-BR-EU games IMO, which is what the viewers want
