My life is fucked right now I need changes ASAP. I’m going to bed at 5-6AM, where others stand up to go to work. How can I fix?
stop playing valorant at night, and try changing it slowly, trying to change it all of a sudden is pretty hard

Shutdown your internet after 22h, Tell your parents for hide your phone, pracc exercises and do a balance diet.
What causes you to not sleep? Are you being distracted by technology or do you have insomnia?
I used to play valorant/ other games or went outside with friends late night when I had no duties after Christmas and now it’s hard for me to be tired before 4AM
stay up 24 hours and then sleep at the time you want it to be your sleep time, work for me

Melatonin 30 minutes before u wanna fall asleep. Makes ur body tired and prepares it for sleep. Works very well with jett lag
Move forward ur sleep schedule. Sleep at 8 am, then 10 am, then u move forward until 8 pm. Work for me
