she doesn't replace jett imo. Even if her movement is on par or better, the lack of a smoke limits her ability to escape engagements like jett can. Although I could see her being better at entering into a site than jett once ppl master her.
That's a good point, Jett's smokes allow her to escape situations where her dash wouldn't do much. Neon's entrying ability might be a lot better given all the util she has.
