Valorant Raw input buffer

Do pros use it ? Just came back to Valorant and saw this setting

I'm not a pro, but I'm radiant and I use it.
It's a Overwatch Input buffer settings, ON = better tracking, input, flicks reponse, etc.
I got +4% CPU average by using it (It doesn't even matter because valorant runs at 25% cpu usage here lol)
FPS overall is same.
