those so called "experience guys" in the team need to step down and let the zoomer in. if they did not want to step down get skrossi on any t2 or t1 SEA team and GE disband. that guy skrossi has a lot of potential sad seeing his team holding his back that much. pretty sure if they somehow fail to qualify through vcc skrossi will go somewhere else. a wasted talent indeed.

NOTHING IS WRONG WITH HELLRANGER I WOULD SAY.

It's just you need a sova who can frag rather than just trading out, Kappa even fails at that. Hellranger brought this team this far even if his personal game lacks they stood strong against every change in VLT and even defeated Korean teams.

I was watching Rossi's stream oneday and when someone asked about roaster change regarding Kappa he said whatever practice they done with him will be wasted.
I don't know why they don't make roaster changes.Teams like liquid,c9 who had made roaster changes few months before champions have performed really decent.

How to fix GE now listen me out-
If they really wanna keep KappA they can keep him as 6th or as a Mentor
Try a new Sova out like SmX,Edit99,Shivy,Juevn,CruiserGOD,FOX and RossiKiran or maybe VibhoRR too he is also a good Sova player
These are all god Sova and flex players and Rossi kiran is also a very good duelist and he is LFT right now

keep Skillz and SkRossi and kick everyone else. Absolute dogshit players the rest. Should probably integrate some foreign SEA players aswell as theres very little talent to find in India but theres plenty T1/T2 IGLs and players in SEA. SkRossi is truly a wasted talent if they keep the roster and dont open there vision for other players. Language barrier wouldnt be an issue either as English is a very common language in SEA.

Is GE the best tho in India? Velocity seem to be better, Stronger core and more stable team. Less inconsistent and hasnt fallen off as bad as GE.

Its also a waste if the pracc u have with this person doesnt lead to anything. If the person ur praccing with is useless and the whole pracc session has 0 value then why keep praccing? Its just a waste of time. Instead focus on poaching/finding a better IGL/Player that doesnt necessarily have to frag but actually have a working brain that can do proper strats and actually have value for the team with his brains. Cause current IGL is absolutely lost and he has horrible mechanics.

See guys GE need definetly a 6th player that can replace kappa anytime when needed
and GE are also a PERFORMANCE coach which will help all players improve their individual skill like warmup and decision making
and also they are getting a head coach and analyst(Malav Popat source-trust me bro) and a fitness trainer too if they dont improve after this then trash talk as much as u want :)
