About CS player going to Valorant

Every org that sign former CS player should know that if they really want to win
they have to sign players who really want a career in valorant as a pro and has passion in it.
not just a player who makes valorant as a temporary stopover like floppy, nitro, and etc.

the team will never win if they don't have passion in this game

I totally agree with you bro. They sign these csgo players that havent even played Valorant before and they are just miles behind and are out of the loop you can tell. I came from CSGO too but I play Valorant at least a couple of comp games a night.

i think sign great cs player is a great start to compete in valorant (for a short term)
